This isn't therapy for the polite version of you
This is a space for the stuff you can’t say out loud anywhere else. We’ll unpack the truth, question the patterns, and make space for what’s real, so you can meet yourself—without filters.

One-to-one individual therapy
For individuals who are ready to go beyond traditional counselling.
MindfulU Therapy offers virtual, one-on-one therapy for individuals in Ontario. This is therapy with a human touch. It’s honest, intentional, and rooted in the belief that mindfulness is at the heart of healing. MindfulU blends evidence-based tools with real talk and mindful presence to help you show up more fully for yourself.
This isn’t rushed, surface-level therapy. It’s spacious, grounded work that helps you reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve been ignoring, avoiding, or trying to outrun. Sessions are held virtually, giving you a safe and consistent space to slow down, tune in, and show up exactly as you are.

This is therapy beyond polite nods and textbook answers.
Authenticity isn't a goal. It's the doorway. From there, we build intention.
Healing begins with authenticity. Being real with yourself is the bravest first step. From that place, we cultivate presence and create space for intention.
You don’t have to be calm to practice mindfulness. You don’t have to have a plan to be intentional. You just have to show up. From there, we build self-trust. We build truth. We build you.
Meet the therapist in your corner
I’ll challenge you, sit with you, and keep it human—always.

Certified. Unfiltered. On your side.

Therapy isn’t always comfortable, but it also doesn't have to feel like therapy. If you’ve ever wished you could talk to someone who doesn’t feel like a therapist, or if traditional therapy ever felt too clinical and filtered, let’s change that.
I founded MindfulU Therapy because I was tired of seeing therapy that felt scripted. This space was created for truth, depth, and unapologetic self-discovery. You won’t get a watered-down version of me, and I don’t want a polished version of you either.
What you will get is honesty, a bit of edge, and space to say the things you’ve been holding in.
Swearing? Occasionally.
Sugarcoating? Never.
I say the quiet parts out loud. I bring warmth, realness, and humour into the work. I’ll challenge you, sit with you, and keep it human—always. If the idea of therapy makes you uncomfortable but deep down, you know you need someone to talk to, I got your back.
