How we get started and what you can expect.

1. The vibe check

We’ll start with a free 15-minute phone or video call. This is a chance to get to know each other, ask questions, and see if the vibe feels right. I’ll learn a bit about what’s bringing you to therapy and whether we’re a good fit. If it clicks, we’ll book your first online session.

2. Get unfiltered

Your first session is all about you—your story, your stuck points, and what healing means to you. We’ll explore your goals for therapy and start getting clear on what real transformation could look like in your life.

3. We kick butt

This is where things get real (and intentional). We’ll explore the experiences and emotions that have shaped you. I’ll help you build tools that support presence, clarity, and daily mindfulness. The number and frequency of sessions depend on your goals, your pace, and your needs.
