Therapy isn’t always comfortable, but it also doesn't have to feel like therapy. ​If you’ve ever wished you could talk to someone who doesn’t feel like a therapist, or if traditional therapy ever felt too clinical and filtered, let’s change that.
I founded MindfulU Therapy because I was tired of seeing therapy that felt scripted. This space was created for truth, depth, and unapologetic self-discovery. You won’t get a watered-down version of me, and I don’t want a polished version of you either.
What you will get is honesty, a bit of edge, and space to say the things you’ve been holding in.
Swearing? Occasionally.
Sugarcoating? Never.
I say the quiet parts out loud. I bring warmth, realness, and humour into the work. I’ll challenge you, sit with you, and keep it human—always. If the idea of therapy makes you uncomfortable but deep down, you know you need someone to talk to, I got your back.
